Our teacher Pedro, head of Group Senzala UK, received the highest grading: the red cord. The ceremony, known as the “Formatura” took place on the 30th of July at the Vadiacao event in Rio de Janeiro. Along with seven other Contra Mestres that also received the red cord, he joins the ranks of the other masters of the group.
